Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Toast POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Develop innovative beverage recipes and craft specialty cocktails to excite guests and elevate the bar menu Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies; communicate needs for restocking Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy while processing payments swiftly during busy service hours Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine selection, and spirits expertise Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining venues Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of alcohol and perishable ingredients Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; hospitality industry background highly valued Strong math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate billing; basic math proficiency required Experience in beverage recipe development and beverage presentation techniques is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres through expert bartending!
