Overview Position available for a Bartender/Server for a family run business. Looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a great work ethic. Whether you're taking orders at the table or behind the bar, your time management, energy, and attention to detail will be highly regarded. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders with enthusiasm and efficiency Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and stock supplies Manage a Square POS (Point of Sale) system to process orders, payments, and refunds accurately Engage with guests to enhance guest satisfaction while promoting specialty drinks and seasonal offerings Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery during busy periods or events Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or upscale environments Flexibility in taking on serving or bartending shifts, depending on restaurant needs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking between serving tables and bartending duties Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Join us to be part of a fun, energetic team where your personality and passion for hospitality can shine.
