We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our beverage program and deliver exceptional service in a lively, upscale environment. As a key leader behind the bar, you will oversee back bar operations, craft innovative cocktails and ensure an outstanding guest experience. Your expertise in mixology and customer service are most important. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver top-tier service with energy and professionalism. Oversee daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. Craft our house cocktails as well as classic and innovative cocktails, utilizing your knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beers, and beverage recipes to delight guests. Use our POS system (SmartTab) for processing orders, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that reflect current trends and guest preferences. He;p Manager to maintain inventory levels and manage stock to prevent waste while ensuring availability of popular items. Ensure food safety standards are met during food handling processes when serving food alongside beverages. Process cash transactions accurately, reconcile sales at shift end, and handle customer inquiries professionally. Uphold excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing concerns promptly, and creating memorable experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Prior leadership or supervisory experience as a Lead Bartender or Bar Manager preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Toast POS for order processing and cash handling. Knowledge of beverage recipes along with a passion for craft beer, fine dining beverages, and cocktail artistry. Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or banquet settings. Experience working in hospitality or food service industries with an emphasis on food safety standards. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
