•All positions are Full Time. Our hours of operation will be Wedneday/Thursday 5pm-11pm, Friday/Saturday 5pm-12am. Duties The Bartender executes Hereafter's craft cocktail and tea-forward beverage program, delivering consistent drink quality alongside genuine hospitality. This role is a direct extension of the beverage program's standards for every guest seated at the bar or in the dining room. The role begins as the service bartender, but is intended to be transitioned as the guest facing bartender with additional training. The Server delivers Hereafter's full guest experience, guiding guests through the beverage, food, and tea menus at a fine dining pace of service. This role is central to how guests' experience the restaurant's three equal pillars over the course of a meal. The Host is the first and last point of contact for every guest at Hereafter, managing reservations, seating flow, and first impressions of the dining room. This role sets the tone for the guest experience before a single course or cocktail arrives. The Server Assistant supports the flow of dining room service by maintaining table readiness and running food and beverages, helping servers uphold Hereafter's pace of service. This role plays a key part in keeping the guest experience seamless between courses.

All Positions:

1-3 years experience in restaurants is a must. Experience in fine dining is preferred. Physical and Mental Demands Work is performed in a restaurant/bar environment. This role requires standing and walking for the full duration of a shift, and regular use of stairs to access storage. Lifting and carrying cases up to 50 lbs may be required. The Bartender role involves frequent repetitive motion (shaking, stirring, muddling, pouring) and fine motor precision for garnish and measurement work. The Server, Host, and Server Assistant roles require frequent bending and reaching to serve and clear tables. All roles require the ability to maintain pace during high-volume service periods, and communicate clearly, effectively, and kindly with guests.
