This is a cross-trained role where candidates will work shifts both on the floor as a server and behind the bar as a bartender. We operate a high-volume, fast-paced establishment where speed, adaptability, and teamwork are vital. Key Responsibilities Adapt seamlessly between serving floor tables and bartending based on shift assignments. Deliver prompt, friendly, and attentive service in a busy dining room and high-volume bar environment. Craft quality cocktails, pour beer/wine, and execute food orders with speed and precision. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, daily specials, and pairing recommendations. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently, manage guest tabs, and process payments accurately. Collaborate closely with front-of-house teammates and kitchen staff to maintain continuous service flow. Keep the bar, service stations, and dining areas clean, stocked, and prepped before, during, and after shifts.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of fast-paced restaurant serving and/or bartending experience required (willingness to master both roles mandatory).

Work Ethic:

High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to keep up during intense dinner rushes.

Team Player:

Strong commitment to supporting colleagues across both front-of-house roles.

Flexibility:

Available to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday shifts.

Skills:

Solid foundation in classic cocktail preparation, strong multitasking skills, menu memory, and POS proficiency. Wine knowledge is a plus.
