Job Description

Cart Barn Staff Overview Join the team at Indian Springs Country Club as a Cart Barn Staff member and help create an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This position plays an important role in the daily operations of the golf course by ensuring golf carts, practice facilities, and member services are maintained to the highest standards. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and providing outstanding customer service, we'd love to have you on our team. Responsibilities Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts before each round. Wash, inspect, and return golf carts to the staging area after use. Assist members and guests by loading and unloading golf bags. Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, bag storage area, and practice facilities. Pick the driving range and replenish range balls throughout the day. Restock towels, scorecards, pencils, sand bottles, and other golf shop supplies as needed. Assist with tournament and outing setup, including cart staging and signage. Monitor the condition of the golf cart fleet and report any maintenance concerns to management. Follow club policies and safety procedures while operating golf carts and club vehicles. Provide exceptional service by anticipating member and guest needs and responding promptly to requests. Perform other golf operations duties as assigned by the Golf Professional Staff. Qualifications Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Must have some availability for weekends, in addition to weekdays and holidays.
