Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours, including nightclubs and banquet events. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, mixology techniques, and wine knowledge. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests in fine dining or casual settings. Knowledge of beverage recipe development and spirits to craft innovative drinks. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus.
