Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Handle cash transactions with basic math skills, ensuring accuracy in cashiering duties while managing retail math calculations for sales totals. Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation practices in line with industry regulations. Contribute to a lively nightclub or event atmosphere by serving drinks quickly during busy hours or special occasions. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple drink orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality; experience serving diverse clientele is a plus. Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety, food handling, and basic math calculations related to sales and cash handling. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is advantageous. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends can enhance your ability to serve innovative drinks confidently.
