Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, following established recipes and presentation standards Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, process cash and card transactions efficiently Provide attentive and friendly customer service, ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and beverage stations Develop new beverage recipes and assist in menu updates to enhance guest experience Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and monitor alcohol consumption to adhere to responsible service policies Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures during service Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry roles such as bartending or serving is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong skills in cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and craft beer selection Experience with beverage recipe development and mixology techniques Familiarity with restaurant operations including cash handling, basic math skills, and food safety standards Nightclub or banquet experience is a plus for fast-paced environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
