Deluxe Brewing/Sinister Distilling is looking for an energetic and passionate part-time bartender for fill-in and on-call with weekday and weekends availability. The ideal candidate will be friendly, motivated, outgoing and hardworking individual who takes initiative.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Have strong love for craft beer and spirits and a desire to continuously grow and learn. Display a sense of urgency and self-starting personality and attention to detail. Have a positive and professional attitude with our crew and our guests. Be able to stand for long periods of time and remain cheery. Be willing to take direction and complete all tasks fully and on time. Be able to move and lift 50 lbs and change kegs.

JOB DUTIES

Serve Deluxe Brewing Company's craft beers & Sinister Distilling's craft spirits in the tasting room, while maintaining OLCC laws and regulations. Be able to answer questions and make recommendations regarding our beer and spirit selection. Fill and sell growler or keg orders. Sell Sinister-Deluxe Company merchandise. Record drink sales accurately and immediately into the Point of Sale system. Accept guest payment, process credit card charges and make change, if applicable. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar and tasting room. Assist the restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies. Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to manager. Be familiar with Sinister-Deluxe promotions, sales and assist with special events and tastings. Complete all opening and closing duties.

LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license. Current OLCC Service Permit

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Must have at least 1 year experience in the service industry.
