Our Team Members:

Desired Experiences and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume restaurant or bar with a reputation for hospitality Strong spirits and cocktail knowledge with an emphasis on creativity and precision A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team The ability to demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, initiative and organization Provide open, honest and direct communication in a positive manner Attention to detail Professional appearance and the ability to consistently adhere to our standards Must have a flexible schedule, be available to work nights and weekends Benefits After 90 days of employment, full-time employees are eligible for Health and Dental Insurance with 13th Street Kitchens contributing towards the monthly premium.
