We are seeking a talented and versatile Cocktail Bartender/Server to join our team. As a Cocktail Bartender/Server at Messina Social Club, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting cocktails and providing attentive service with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities:

Engage with guests to recommend cocktails, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, inputting orders into the POS system, and ensuring timely delivery to guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste. Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. Adhere to all alcohol service and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Server. Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks as needed. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
