Schedule :

Full-time, including weekends and several weekdays The Landmark Hotel & Casino is looking for an experienced, dependable, and outgoing bartender to join our team. We are seeking someone who provides excellent customer service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to all guests
• Learn and consistently follow our drink recipes, pricing, and service standards
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system
• Verify identification and follow all alcohol-service laws and company policies
• Monitor guests for responsible alcohol consumption
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift
• Complete opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning duties
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, management, casino staff, and kitchen staff
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and notifying management when supplies are running low
• Help create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications and Expectations
• Previous bartending experience is required
• Strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and classic cocktails
• Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work scheduled shifts
• Must be available to work weekends and several weekdays
• Ability to remain friendly and professional during busy or stressful periods
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable handling money and accurately entering orders
• Willingness to help coworkers and contribute wherever needed
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and carry bar supplies
• Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol in South Dakota Compensation and Benefits
• $15.00 per hour
• Full-time position
• Paid time off after 90 days
