Job Overview The Longbranch, a family-owned restaurant in Pierre, SD, is seeking full-time and part-time servers to join our growing team! Why The Longbranch?

- $20•30/hour (average per hour including tips) | Part-Time Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to take orders and answer questions about menu items. Manage POS systems for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling while maintaining efficiency during busy hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately; process payments via cash or card while providing correct change. Restock supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs for replenishment to management. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote a safe environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced setting is highly preferred. We will provide training for the right individuals! Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple orders while maintaining excellent customer service. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculations. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industries is advantageous.
