Craft Cocktail Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails with precision, flair, and attention to detail, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Engage with guests in a lively, friendly manner, providing expert recommendations and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Manage bar inventory, including stocking ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and supplies using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations while handling food and beverages responsibly. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling procedures efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service or catering events like banquets or nightclub functions to ensure seamless guest experiences. Demonstrate excellent time management skills by balancing multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; retail math and basic math skills are essential. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days; nightclub or catering experience is a plus. Demonstrated proficiency in time management, multitasking under pressure, and maintaining composure during busy shifts. Knowledge of beverage brewing techniques or brewing experience is advantageous but not required.
