Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing orders, cash handling, and transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about drinks, and recommend menu items based on preferences. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquet services to ensure seamless food and beverage delivery in various settings including nightclubs and fine dining environments. Experience Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role within the hospitality industry. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding for inventory management, and food safety awareness are essential.
