The culture is top notch and we are more like a family than anything. We work hard and have fun doing it. Currently most of our catering is done for weddings and corporate events. The clients and venues we serve are located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington and the surrounding areas. The kitchen/office for this position is located in Arlington. This is a part time, 1099 position. Our 3Core Values:

Great Service Pay Range:
$18- $22 an hour Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in a event/banquet bartending experience Catering experience a plus Knowledge and experience in event operations Bilingual (highly preferred) Must be punctual Must be reliable Must be proactive and self disciplined Adaptable to change, can solve problems through an open-minded approach Strong & varied knowledge of cocktail drinks Excellent customer service skills Professional attitude and appearance Standing/walking most of the shift Must have TABC certification Excellent time-management skills and organizational skills Strong people skills with an ability to interact with diverse personalities Ability to multi-task Able to lift up to 40 lbs Maintain a flexible schedule High School Diploma or Equivalent Responsibilities Set up event areas and rooms according to event specifications Serve beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner Assist with drink preparation and presentation as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests Provide guests with a quality drinking experience in an efficient and professional manner Proper greeting of customers when arriving Assist our guests as needed to ensure a pleasurable and memorable dining experience Address and attend to customers' concerns, issues, or questions Inspects all equipment prior to, during and at the end of each function.
