Serious, professional, and driven candidates only. Prometheus Pizza Trattora is a highly rated restaurant on Trip Advisor, and we have been published both in Texas Monthly and Food & Wine Magazine online twice within a year. We are looking for hospitality minded bartenders and servers. Beer & wine service (no liquor). Looking for energetic, honest, and hospitable bartenders and servers for engaging guest service. Lots of beer and wine, wine knowledge a plus, but not necessary (staff continuous education provided). Hiring part time and full time positions. We are building a professional team who desire to learn, strive for excellence while having fun, have a sense of humor, and have the need to provide hospitality in the form of genuine warmth (not just technical prowess). Compensations, based on experience, includes a base hourly and tip out.
