Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing detailed descriptions of specials and beverages Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Follow all food handling procedures, including proper serving techniques and alcohol service regulations Assist with catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed to support team operations Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with food safety and liquor laws Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously through excellent time management skills Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions accurately, including retail math concepts Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is a plus, especially if you have retail math or cash handling expertise Prior bartending experience involving brewing knowledge or cocktail preparation is beneficial Join us to be part of a lively team where your energy makes a difference!
