Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems Union POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales . Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations. Take orders efficiently while demonstrating strong time management skills during busy service periods. Assist with clean up when needed, including reset the bar after events like birthday party or music functions. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as necessary, and communicate supply needs to management promptly. Experience Previous nightlife or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in bar, nightclub, or event space settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Union POS is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform retail math confidently. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety standards is essential. Strong math skills for basic calculations related to sales, tabs, and inventory management. Knowledge of food handling procedures and beverage preparation techniques enhances your effectiveness in this role. Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments like hospitality venues or brewing establishments.
