Permanent Employment Help for . Rough Creek Lodge & Resort is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Bartender to join our hospitality team in Glen Rose, Texas. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional guest service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities include taking orders, mixing and serving drinks, maintaining bar inventory, handling transactions, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations, and keeping the bar area clean and organized. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment.
Key Qualifications:
Previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred
Knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
TABC certification or ability to obtain certification
Pay:
Competitive pay based on experience. Average $41,600 annually (full-time) / $20 per hour (part-time)
