Permanent Employment Help for . Rough Creek Lodge & Resort is seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen staff. The Line Cook prepares and cooks menu items according to established recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Responsibilities include food preparation, station setup and breakdown, cooking and plating meals, monitoring food quality, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Key Qualifications:

Previous cooking or food service experience preferred

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Strong teamwork and communication skills. Average $35,360 annually (full-time) / $17 per hour (part-time)
