GENERAL JOB EXPLANATION

Wash and sanitize pots, pans and other kitchen utensils/equipment according to hotel specifications and standards. Clean and maintain equipment and pot washing/kitchen/cafeteria/compactor/storage areas. Assist in washing wares by operating the dish washing machine. Prepare foods for the line cooks. This may be peeling potatoes, slicing vegetables. Basic pantry duties. Complete all other projects as assigned.
