Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations based on preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions efficiently using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons. Restock bar inventory regularly, tracking supplies with retail math skills to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Collaborate with team members during busy hours, supporting catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed. Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling and beverage service, ensuring compliance at all times. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele confidently. Experience in brewing or hospitality roles that involve serving alcohol in retail or restaurant settings is advantageous. Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately.
