The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. We're looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our service team. As a server, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy excellent service and a fantastic dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and assist with food preparation as needed. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the bar area. Engage with customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible serving practices are followed. Assist with bussing tables when necessary to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in a bartending role or related position in the restaurant or nightclub industry is preferred. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register is essential. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices within the food service industry is highly desirable. Culinary skills or experience in food preparation will be considered an asset. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.
