Oak & Iron is a boutique steakhouse serving local cuts, fresh seafood & creative comfort food paired with classic cocktails, curated wines & craft beers in a cozy setting. We are seeking an experienced Bartender/Server to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate will posses a positive attitude, strong work ethic, dependability and refined bartending/serving skills. The Bartender/Server will work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests while contributing to the development of a positive team culture. Though bartending/serving experience is required and valued, we place a strong emphasis on being a good-hearted, dependable and hard-working teammate that genuinely cares about contributing to our growing business with a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
