Job Summary Stoweflake Mountain Resort & Spa is looking for Banquet Bartenders to join our amazing team. We are located on 29 acres in Stowe Vermont. We have 32 townhouses, a 120-room inn. We have one of the largest Banquet facilities in Vermont. We are currently seeking experienced and driven candidates just like you to serve as banquet bartenders. You will play a key role in ensuring a great guest experience. As a banquet bartender you will provide banquet food and beverage service to conference attendees. Servers help with food and table arrangement set up. Responsible for bar as well as managing the inventory and sales process. Responsibilities Approach each guest interaction with the mindset of exceeding guest expectations Embrace the culture personifying it in daily interactions with guests and associates alike Help create an energized bar experience through friendly and personalized service Drive product quality and guest satisfaction consistently operating as if they 'own it' Must be legally able to serve alcohol in Vermont where the job is located Must possess computational skills to process guest payments Knowledge of drink preparation is required Requirements Experience & VT Dept of Liquor Control certification required. Able to lift 30+ pounds. All shifts including weekends and holidays may be requested. Job Skills Communicate with different kinds of people to find out what services they want and to give them information. Stand or walk for varying lengths of time, sometimes for long periods. Move fingers and hands easily and quickly to handle things like dishes, money and merchandise. Lift and carry things like heavy trays.
