Multiple positions available:
Server Barista, Lead and Assistant Manager (full time requires to work on the weekend).

Requirements:
  • Inherited Barista Responsibilities:
    All Barista duties, including store operations, customer engagement, bakery and retail sales, French-style table service, beverage prep, equipment maintenance, transactions, inventory, issue resolution, teamwork, and compliance.
  • Team Leadership & Training :
    Mentor and develop baristas' skills and product knowledge , Train new team members on recipes, service standards, and store procedures
  • Shift Management & Operations Oversight :
    Oversee daily operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Delegate tasks, manage queue times, and balance station workloads 
  • Track shift-level sales targets; coach staff to meet goals
  • Maintenance & Scheduling Support :
    Fill maintenance requests for equipment or facilities; follow up as needed
  • Assist with shift scheduling and ensuring adequate staff coverage Escalation & Performance
  • Handle complex customer issues and escalations
  • Provide feedback to Assistant Manager on team performance and operational opportunities

Communication Pay:
From $17.13 per hour
Benefits:
Employee discount Paid training Application Question(s): This job requires to work 40h/week 5 days/week. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory.
