SERVERSWe re looking for servers who: Have a genuine passion for hospitality Are comfortable providing polished, attentive service Can learn our menu, ingredients, flavors, and story Can confidently guide guests through the Konkana experience Understand that great service is about more than taking an order it s about creating a connection Thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy restaurant environment Are eager to learn, grow, and help establish our service cultureBARTENDERSWe re looking for bartenders who are more than drink makers.
Our bartenders should be able to create, explain, and sell an experience.
You should: Have strong knowledge of classic cocktail techniques Be capable of creating unique and original cocktails Understand flavor pairing, balance, spirits, infusions, spices, herbs, teas, and fresh ingredients Be excited to incorporate Indian and coastal flavors into modern cocktails Confidently explain the inspiration and story behind each drink Be able to introduce guests to the Konkana concept and experience from behind the bar Provide engaging, knowledgeable, and genuine hospitality Maintain a clean, organized, professional bar Bring creativity and ideas to the beverage programWe want bartenders who can tell a guest not only what is in the glass, but why the drink belongs at Konkana.
