Toast & Jam Pub specialises in elevated comfort food and custom cocktails. We make all of our food in-house, from scratch. We are looking for 1-2 cheerful and hardworking individuals to join our team. We are a fun-loving, inclusive and collaborative group and take pride in exceptional customer service. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing detailed descriptions of food and drink options. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately. Don't worry - we will train you! Take orders efficiently while managing multiple tables and a bar station, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Ensure all food safety standards are maintained by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Handle cash transactions and a POS system accurately. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, restock supplies as needed, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff. Requirements Excellent communication skills; ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment.
