We are professional, agile and our goal is to provide our guest with an experience that will have them telling everyone they know about the food, drinks and service. Our standards are high because we care! We like to learn and teach on a daily basis. Striving to never be complacent and to always improve. As a Bartender/Server here at Vieux Carre you are required to efficiently and professionally make and serve signature cocktails. Having some wine knowledge is beneficial but we will train the right person. Our bartenders are also required to serve full menu service to tables in the lounge and bar rail. Multi tasking is the key to success. In depth stocking & cleaning are required daily duties. Good communication skills are a must. Must be available weekends
