Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining room, including washing glassware, caring for tables, and restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during banquets or catering events. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper accounting of all sales. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and local brewing options to enhance guest offerings. Skills Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Knowledge of retail math for managing cash transactions effectively. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for fine dining experiences and knowledge of brewing techniques is advantageous.
