Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant restaurant, or lively banquet setting, you'll be the master of mixing drinks, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Use POS systems to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety on premises. Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Uphold high standards of customer service by actively listening to guest needs and preferences. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender or no experience is preferred Familiarity with POS systems is essential for efficient order processing. Experience serving in banquet or catering environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills. Background in retail math or hospitality math to handle cash transactions accurately. Proven customer service skills with the ability to create engaging guest interactions. Experience with brewing or beverage preparation techniques is advantageous but not required.
