YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. As the Bartender, you will serve customers and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order choices, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards Properly set up bar, including stocking and batching Control allocated guest checks by following established check-use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer's order is taken and processed Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company. Completed all prep work prior to bar start time During service, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests GHG24
Requirements:
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
You are 18 years or older You have experience in making classic cocktails You have basic math skills (must be able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer) You have legible handwriting You have strong customer service and oral communication skills You hold a valid Operator's License
YOU'LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING
You have previous wine experience and/or certification You have one year or more of bartending experience
