Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our team at Riverstone Brewing Company. We are a local business in Eagle River WI, with great team atmosphere, great tips, and an amazing community following! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for bartending and a flare for creating memorable experiences. And are interested in becoming part of our craft brewery/whiskey bar culture, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and serving food items Monitor alcohol consumption of customers and enforce age restrictions Take food orders and deliver food orders from bar guests as needed. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, ingredients, and techniques Maintain knowledge of our craft beers and promote to our guests

Requirements:

Ability to obtain Eagle River Bartender Serving License Ability to work as a part of a team Willingness to listen and learn Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and payment handling Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Basic math skills for accurately handling cash transactions and calculating tips Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
