Maintenance/Groundskeeper

```Duties```

• Landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming lawns and shrubs.
• Operate power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Overall "handyman" responsibilities. We are a resort, restaurant and bar and have all the needs that come up on a daily basis.
• Year round preventative duties to keep things running smoothly.
• Able to troubleshoot emergency fixes
• Able to communicate with management and service techs ```Experience```
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of hand tools commonly used in groundskeeping and general maintenance.
