Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests promptly and professionally, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Manage multiple drink orders efficientl. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and managing guest intoxication levels responsibly. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills. Proven cocktail crafting expertise with knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development. Deep understanding of spirits, wine knowledge, craft beer experience, and beverage trends within the hospitality industry. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively environment like nightclubs or fine dining settings. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments; familiarity with food safety protocols is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events. Basic math skills for accurate measuring, billing, and cash handling; retail math proficiency is advantageous. Knowledge of food handling procedures combined with hospitality industry experience enhances overall service quality.
