Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the bar is well-stocked, organized, and clean, while also providing exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of service in our establishment, whether it be in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or during special events such as banquets and catering. Duties Assist with drink preparation and serving to ensure timely service. Stock and replenish bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs promptly. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations at all times. Support the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events or special occasions. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance overall guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed in a nightlife or event-driven atmosphere. Experience in banquet service or catering is desirable but not mandatory. A passion for the food industry and hospitality is essential for success in this role.
