Manage guest check-ins and check-outs related to luggage handling, valet or transportation needs Enforce safety protocols and adherence to safety standards while maintaining excellent guest service standards. Assist with outdoor work activities such as heavy lifting, manual handling, and maintaining venue cleanliness. Provide information about resort activities and offerings in support of the overall success of Pursell Farms. Experience Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer service highly desirable. Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle guest concerns professionally. Experience working with children or in resort settings adds value to your application. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and adhere strictly to safety protocols.
