+ Prepare high-quality food in a timely and efficient manner

+ Operate equipment and perform related duties in a safe manner

+ Complete all procedures scheduled during the shift without compromising the quality ofwork

+ Maintain compliance to regulatory requirements for safe food handling, by following sanitation, infection control, risk management guidelines and HACCP plan.

+ Completes cleaning duties, pulling trash, sweeping, mopping

+ Assist patients in completing menu selections, offering alternative menu in accordance with food allergies, food sensitivities, cultural, ethnic, and religious preferences.

+ Update and validate diet changes in the patient diet management system, prints and distributes reports, tallies, menus and meal tickets.

+ Stock nourishment rooms and assist with kitchen stocking

+ Perform cafeteria duties as assigned including serving, grilling, stocking, cleaning and cash handling. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Food Handlers Card Preferred Qualifications

+ Certification in Sanitation/Safe Food Handling

+ Healthcare/restaurant experience

+ Commitment to customer service

+ Willingness to perform routine tasks and effectively work alongside the culinary team and leaders
