Core Responsibilities Configure and run punch press equipment to manufacture precision components. Analyze technical diagrams and blueprints to guarantee production accuracy. Oversee machinery performance and perform necessary tweaks to help ensure consistent product quality. Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues as they arise. Help maintain a safe and tidy workspace for the entire team. Work alongside colleagues to achieve output targets and schedule requirements. Record manufacturing activities and communicate any concerns to management. Required Qualifications Completion of high school or a GED; vocational machining education is advantageous. Demonstrated history of working with punch press or comparable industrial machinery. Solid grasp of machining workflows and established safety regulations. Proficiency in deciphering technical schematics and blueprints. Strong analytical capabilities and a keen eye for detail to improve overall process efficiency. Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative group. Willingness to adapt to different shift schedules based on operational needs.
