Job Description

Overview:
Mt. Shasta Ski Park is seeking friendly, reliable, and hard-working individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. As part of this crew, you'll help fuel our guests' mountain adventures by preparing and serving food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining clean, welcoming dining areas. No prior food service experience is required—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner. Take orders, prepare, and serve food and beverages according to safety and quality standards. Operate registers and handle cash/credit transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, serving, and dining areas. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with restocking supplies and inventory as needed. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Food handling or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required (training provided). Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and peak ski season days.
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay rate: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour Seasonal position with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Flexible shifts available. Why Join Our Team? As part of the Food & Beverage team at Mt.
