In this role, you'll be at the heart of our quick service restaurant, helping to deliver fast, friendly, and efficient food experiences. You'll oversee daily operations, support staff training, and ensure that every guest leaves satisfied. If you're passionate about food, hospitality, and leading teams in a lively environment, this position is perfect for you! Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth shift management and high-quality service delivery. Supervise staff performance, provide training on food preparation, and customer service standards. Oversee food safety practices, proper food handling, and cleanliness in line with health regulations. Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate food production to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform cash handling duties and reconcile sales at the end of shifts. Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management or supervisory roles. Hands-on knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management. Experience with inventory control, food safety management, and food handling procedures. Strong leadership skills with experience in team training, staff development, and managing hospitality teams. Background in managing hospitality or restaurant operations including shift management and customer service excellence. Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams while maintaining a positive work environment.
