Job Description

SUMMARY:
Set up and clear dirty tables, stock all service stations, and assist food servers with table service. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, condiments, and set-ups. Clean, sanitize, and reset tables after meals. Assist food servers by serving guests water and replenish, as necessary. Transport all dirty tableware from dining area to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Clean up unexpected spills immediately. Maintain a high level of sanitation at all times. Perform any general cleaning tasks using authorized, institutional labeled cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health and safety standards. Attend trainings, pre-shifts, and departmental meeting as scheduled. Assist in training and supporting of new employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED. Entry level position. Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work flexible work schedules including holidays, weekends, and nights.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
(•Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally) Ability to lift 40 pounds. Ability to stand during entire shift. Constantly walking and standing. Constant hearing, seeing, and talking. Constantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stooping.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Close spaces while working with others. Excessive noise and smoke.
