Duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all dining and kitchen areas through regular cleaning and proper waste disposal Assist with bussing tables efficiently to ensure a tidy and inviting environment for guests Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or food items following safe lifting practices Support food service operations by setting tables, preparing serving stations, and assisting with food presentation Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and excellent customer service skills Communicate effectively with team members through internal channels to coordinate tasks smoothly Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times Assist with catering setup and breakdown for events or special functions as needed Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with restaurant operations, including table setting, serving, and basic kitchen tasks Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices within the food industry Experience with bussing, cleaning procedures, and manual handling of supplies or equipment Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical tasks required in busy food service settings Prior catering or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
