Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations. Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning ingredients using proper knife skills and food handling techniques. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer questions about menu options, and provide excellent guest services. Manage buffet setups, refills, and ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Support catering or banquet functions by setting up breakfast stations and assisting with meal delivery when needed. Buss tables promptly after guests finish dining and ensure the dining area remains tidy throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and delivery efficiently. Uphold high standards of cleanliness by cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas regularly. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality roles is highly preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally via phone or in person. Experience with buffet setup, bussing tables, or serving in a hotel or restaurant environment is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or moving furniture as needed. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive demeanor. Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food presentation standards.
