Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Manage cash register, attend customers, take order and set delivery package ready for take out. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their dining experience. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operation during peak hours. Handle food items safely, including proper storage, preparation, and serving techniques. Assist with other activities. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or related roles is preferred, including fast food, fine dining, catering, or as a dietary aide. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in banquet services is a plus but not required. Experience in grill is a plus but not required.
