Our FOH team plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-energy guest experience. Every position contributes to the flow, precision, and warmth that define Buccan's service style. Responsibilities Service & Execution Deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service aligned with Buccan standards Execute your role with precision during high-volume service Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all service areas Follow all steps of service and operational procedures. Hospitality Create genuine, memorable guest experiences. Anticipate needs and respond with urgency and professionalism. Communicate effectively with guests and team members. Handle guest feedback with care and escalate when needed. Team Collaboration Work seamlessly with all FOH and BOH team members Support overall service flow across all positions Participate in pre-shift meetings and ongoing training Contribute to a positive, respectful, and high-performance culture. Operational Standards Arrive on time, in proper uniform, ready to perform. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Maintain professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail. Complete side work and assigned duties consistently. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred (position-dependent) Experience in upscale or high-volume environments is a plus Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and guest-first attitude Why Join Buccan Coral Gables?
