This is a great part time weekend job with morning hours. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of pre cooked breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments to promote efficiency and appeal Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food handling and portioning while adhering to food safety management practices to prevent contamination Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and efficiently Provide friendly in-person customer service to all guests entering, dining and exiting the breakfast and lobby areas. Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy items like bulk supplies or large trays to ensure safety in the workplace Ensure safe food and beverage safety standards. Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in breakfast or catering services Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations is essential for maintaining health standards Experience with operating kitchen equipment enhances efficiency in daily operations Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person Familiarity with banquet or catering experience is a plus for supporting larger events or special occasions Basic cleanliness and organizational skills a must Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable mornings every weekend!
