Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas to order. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all ingredients are properly portioned and prepared
• Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with other kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Upselling skills to promote additional menu items to customers
• Bussing skills to clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
